BLOOMSBURG — The Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble has two outstanding family offerings planned for June, along with price reductions on combined ticket purchases.

Storyteller Jay O'Callahan returns to the Alvine Krause Theatre. He has performed at Lincoln Center, on National Public Radio and with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. He says, "The storyteller of old got on a horse. I get on a plane, parachute into a community, and I'm a part of its life for a while before moving on to the next one."

Jay will be a part of the scene for five performances from Wednesday June 4 through Sunday June 8.

The Chicago Tap Theatre brings tap dance to an entirely new level, telling stories through tap. The dozen dancers arrive Thursday June 12 for four shows through Sunday June 15.

Individual show tickets are $23 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $10 for students. Tickets purchased for both shows are $40 for adults, $25 for seniors, and $15 for students. Tickets are available by calling 784-8181, 800-282-0283, or by visiting www.bte.org.
