SELINSGROVE -- Wayne E. Beaver, 57, of Eighth Street, passed away at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born May 25, 1954, a son of the late Herman E. and Bernice (Knouse) Beaver. On Jan. 23, 1992, he married the former Sherry L. Klinger who survives.
Wayne attended Monroe Township Elementary and graduated from Selinsgrove High School in 1972.
He had been employed as a dairy farmer and he drove school bus for Fetzer busing for 17 years. Wayne then worked for Wood Mode Inc., Kreamer and later for Sharitz Busing, driving school bus for four more years.
He was a S.A.L. member of the American Legion Post 25 and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1773, in Selinsgrove.
Wayne enjoyed watching NASCAR, going to tractor pulls, hunting and traveling.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Chris Beaver, of Middleburg, and Joe and Jennifer Isenberg, of Shamokin Dam; four daughters, Jennifer R. Beaver and companion, Tony, of Mifflinburg, Heather Fogarty and companion, Chad, of Selinsgrove, Tracy Matter and companion, Cary, of Duncanon, and Karen Isenberg and companion, Rick, of Selinsgrove; one daughter-in-law, Mary Beaver, of West Milton; 13 grandchildren, Tori, Freddy, Dylan, Megan, Robyn, Isaac, Colby, Cameron, Dakoda, Scot, Sierra, Timmy and Cody; and his mother and father-in-law, Grant and Bernice Klinger, of Selinsgrove.
He was preceded in death by one son, Michael Beaver.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove, followed by a memorial service at 6 with Pastor Butch Woolsey officiating.
