MILL HALL (AP) _ A Central Pennsylvania man is dead following an all-terrain vehicle crash police say occurred as two vehicles were about to meet on a one-lane bridge on a rural road.

Clinton County Coroner Donald Walker says 59-year-old Paul Strouse of Mill Hall was dead at the scene of the accident.

State police say Strouse and 28-year-old Scott Strouse were riding the ATV on Sunday afternoon on Furnace Road in Porter Township, 30 miles northeast of State College.

Police say the ATV came around a curve as a truck was crossing the one-lane bridge and was going too fast to stop. The ATV left the road, struck a guard rail, flipped over and ejected the riders. Police say Scott Strouse had minor injuries.
